不知道什麽時候開始凡事以分數為標準．
不知道什麽時候開始把金錢看得異常重大．
不知道什麽時候開始學會懷疑與不信任．
不知道什麽時候開始習慣性的戴面具見人．
不知道什麽時候開始夢想逐漸縮小．

耶穌說：你們若不回轉，變成小孩子的樣式，斷不得進天國．（馬太福音18:3）
Jesus said: except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. (Matthew 18:3)

為食界：檳島美食之旅

這次的檳島之旅，不再介紹福建面，炒粿條，叻沙湯。我們來講-- 滷面。

不曉得是否走得太累，餓得太慌。就連平日不愛吃的滷面，也覺得特別好吃。
加上幾滴自製的蒜頭醋，與滷汁，果然是完美的搭配。媽媽說滷面本來就是要配蒜頭醋一起吃。怎麽這個道理，我之前都不明白。

陰差陽錯而得的美食。1957年的老字號，距離現在53年，與馬來西亞同歲。
手上拿了檳城美食地圖，左看右看，還是看不太明。路過觀音廟，瞧見這家滷面攤子。飢餓的靈魂再也等不住。

這是與滷面相遇的奇跡，更像是在提醒我們歷史越久，味道越濃。

事實，很多時候並不如此。長久的歷史，並沒有為任何東西帶來改變。


美食如此，國家也是如此。53年的滷面見證了一個國家的起落。滷面看到今天的國家，不知道會有如何的一番感受。
慶幸，滷面不會説話，沒有感覺，否則吃下去的口感是酸溜溜的。

我們係嚇大

孩提時候，大人們會說：不要吵了！等下警察會來捉你的！
求學時候，老師們會說：不准講話 ！誰若講話，記過，棍子馬上會來！
大學時候，校方會說：違反法令者會遭盤問！
求職時候， 社會會說：謹慎言論！乖乖聽話就好，不然手銬即刻送來眼前！

 原來，我們這一群小孩係被嚇大的。

孩提時期，非常聽話，人人讚你是個乖寶寶。
求學時期，異常安靜，老師讚你是學生典範。
大學時期，安守本分，校方讚你孺子可教也。
求職時期，唯唯諾諾，社會讚你是國家棟梁。

嗚呼！

曾經，對一望無際的天空說 ：我再也不會讓別人擔心……
曾經，對蔚藍的海洋說：我不會再成爲任何人的負擔……

到如今，我還是那曾經的我。
曾經對那一望無際的天空，對蔚藍的海洋空口說白話的我。
對不起，我又讓您擔心了。
我又再次成爲您的負擔。
